Es.pectrum(Ver 0.6 beta author: Javier Chocano, 2001. For windows)
It is not newest, but still can compete. Just unpack archive in some directory, and start fun. What program emulates we can see from screenshot:
Contended memory emulation is fine, as picture
shows. There is no much help, even not in Spanish. Actually it is not
required much, menus are made well, and user can easy set and find
everything. As it is version 0.6 for 4 years, there is no much chance
that we will see further versions :-(
